  • PHY6229是一款具有高精度AFE的无线MCU。它具有高性能32位处理器,具有64K保留SRAM, 512KB闪存,96KB ROM, 256bit熔断和超低功耗,高性能,多模式无线电。此外,PHY6229支持BLE的安全性,应用程序和无线下载更新。
     

    模拟前端提供24位Σ-Δ ADC,最大ENOB 22.6位,具有针对精密传感器测量优化的功能和规格。可编程增益放大器(PGA)的增益为1x到256x,在ADC之前。此外,一个带有AMIC偏置、PGA和12位ADC的语音AFE为应用提供了语音接口。
